All Olinda Jewellery products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects and plating only. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing fault, will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. 

Customers are advised that mishandling and wear-and-tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault, as all Olinda Jewellery are fine in nature and should be handled carefully.

Products that are no longer covered by the Olinda Jewellery 6-month warranty, or are damaged because of mishandling or mistreatment, will not be eligible for a replacement.

However, costumers can opt to have their item repaired for an additional fee plus postage which will be invoiced to the customer via email.

Please note that mishandling includes mishandling by the customer, shipping accidents, exposure to the elements, abusive knocks, normal wear and tear, exposure to abrasive surfaces, scratches, ageing & natural tarnishing. Any Olinda pieces returned to us will be assessed by our team/jeweller into the nature of any mishandling.

In the case of a manufacturing fault, please contact Olinda with your order #, your full name and address, and photographic evidence with a brief description of the fault. Please note that shipping will need to be covered by the customer for returns over 30 days from the purchase.

Customers are advised to read Olinda Jewellery’s care guide when purchasing our jewellery. 


Olinda wants to see all customers happy and feeling empowered by our jewellery. Olinda will gladly offer an exchange or online credit note on all orders should you change your mind within 20 days from the purchase date.

Olinda does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect ring sizing. In any case of refunds on items, shipping as part of the original order is not refunded. All product sizing and details are thoroughly described in the respective product descriptions and therefore returns will not be accepted for failing to consult this information.

Olinda Jewellery will only accept exchange for the following:

  • Items in their new, original condition i.e. have not been worn, damaged & are returned with original packaging. Under no circumstances will any worn piece be replaced or refunded.
  • Items within the 20 day returns time frame
  • Items that are not earrings or studs due to hygienic reasons
  • Items purchased with regular prices. (Items purchased on sale or with a promo code won't be replaced or refunded).

Should any Olinda Jewellery item be returned not within the above frame, the goods will be shipped back to the customer.

All returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Olinda Jewellery team.
