Shipping Process

Once orders have been shipped by Olinda Jewellery, all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to Australia Post or DHL directly.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all postage and re-postage of returns and exchanges, as Olinda does not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is received faulty.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days once the payment confirmation have been received.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Free express shipping is available for orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a fee for express shipping.

All orders dispatched by Olinda are sent via Australia Post Express Post Service. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business day within the Australia Post network.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders dispatched by Olinda will incur a flat rate fee of $35 for shipping via DHL Express. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Please consider clearance, duties, customs and taxes when ordering. Olinda Jewellery does not cover any charges of these charges and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver or purchaser/costumer.
