Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be processed?
We know you want your Olinda piece ASAP, so our team will endeavor to dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business day (excludes weekend and public holidays). However, this is subject to delays and is not guaranteed. We do get very busy and sometimes Australia Post has delays themselves! If you require urgent delivery, send us an email before you order to give us a heads up.
Do Olinda ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Domestic online orders are sent via Australia Post's Express service. Estimated delivery time with 1-2 business day within the Australia Post network.
International online orders can be sent via DHL Standard, which can take up to 7-12 business day from day of dispatch or can be sent via DHL Express and can take up to 3-5 business days from day of dispatch.
*This doesn’t include our 1-2 day processing time.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, a 'Shipping Confirmation' email will be sent to you with the tracking link and tracking number on it.
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges, if needed.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
